Our apprenticeship programmes provide the perfect balance between practical work experience and part-time study. This enables you to understand and practice the theory behind the methods and achieve recognised qualifications.

As a Dynex Apprentice, you will spend four days a week on-site working in the heart of the business, learning all the advanced processes within your department and supporting continuous improvement.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will attend Lincoln College one day per week and study to achieve a Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma in your chosen career field. The tutors at Lincoln College are specialists in their subject and will support all aspects of your learning throughout the duration of the course.

During your apprenticeship we will teach you everything you need to know and provide you with the tools to accomplish your career aspirations. You will be given a dedicated mentor that will guide, support and challenge you to become the best you can be. Your mentor and the wider team you will work alongside and learn from, have many years of experience and have evolved with the ever-changing technologies to ensure we are the pioneers of our industry.
