Covid-19 Business Update

On Saturday 31st October, the UK Government declared a national lockdown for England will once again come into place from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December 2020, as a preventative measure for a second wave of COVID-19.

This pandemic continues to test the resolve of all businesses globally, and Dynex Semiconductor Limited is no exception.

In response, the Management Board of Dynex Semiconductor Limited has reviewed its business continuity plan to ensure the primary objective of minimising the disruption and impact to its customers, suppliers and employees remains.

We are dedicated first and foremost to our people and their families; their safety and their well-being is paramount. With this in mind, and in line with the current UK government guidance and protective policies, such as social distancing, we have made the necessary steps to provide a safe platform for our operational staff. Employees presenting symptoms have and will continue to self-isolate, employees who have been able to work from home since the outbreak will continue to do so, and external access to the company premises has been restricted. These steps have enabled us to keep our production facility in full operation throughout the current pandemic period.

Since the initial outbreak in March 2020, we have prioritised the delivery of our commitments in providing support and collaboration with you our valued customers. We continue to encourage our teams to reach out and work together with you to formulate plans to support your business continuity and prevent long-term disruption.

Furthermore, our supply chain, locally and globally, with the continued support of our parent company in China, is being actively monitored. We are currently content that no immediate impact to our material supply is anticipated.

With these preventive measures in place, we have successfully managed to run our business as usual and we strive to continue to during this second national lockdown. We will inform you as soon as practicably possible if our situation changes.

Thank you for your understanding and support during these uncertain times
