Dynex were delighted to attend the 2019 LCV Show in Millbrook, Bedfordshire, located on the CRRC Times Electric UK Innovation Centre (TEIC) stand.

Dynex Sales and Marketing Manager, Neil Sellars, provided information on the latest automotive IGBT modules available in standard and customised packages.

The products showcased at the event included our latest range of S1, S2, S3 and M1 IGBT modules. Typical applications for these modules include; electric and hybrid vehicles, motor drives and power charging equipment. They feature low inductive designs, low switching losses and high thermal cycling capability.

Our automotive range complies with AEC-Q101, AQG-324 and is IATF16949 qualified for higher reliability assurance.
