Dynex offers apprenticeships throughout our Engineering and Electrical operations teams every year to assist young learners develop their industry skills and offer a platform to a successful career. We also offer office based apprenticeships which can alter from one year to the next. We have successfully offered apprenticeships in Procurement and Customer Service. The Company is proud to have an excellent rate of retention of its apprentices after their training has completed – nearly almost all of our apprentices are offered full time positions upon completion! Several members of our own Senior Management team started at Dynex as apprentices, showing there are no limits to what you can achieve with us.
Apprenticeships with Dynex take place over 4 years and we consider people at all stages of their training. Working with local Colleges and training providers we will support you in gaining Nationally Recognised professional qualifications, provide a solid foundation of practical knowledge and skills through on the job training alongside accomplished professionals in the industry; all whilst paying you a monthly salary!
