  • Single, double and triple diode configurations

  • Devices range from 1.3kV to 8.5kV
  • Currents up to 6650A
  • Work reliably at line frequencies from -40°C to 125°C
  • Tailored for particular applications with lower losses, higher blocking voltages and increased current capability.
