Dynex Retains Bryan Mills Iradesso Corp


Lincoln, England, July 30, 2009 – Dynex Power Inc., a leading specialist high power semiconductor company, today announced that it has retained the services of Bryan Mills Iradesso Corp. (“BMIR”) to provide investor relations services.

BMIR will focus on creating corporate presentation materials, updating the Investor Relations section of Dynex’s website and setting up investor meetings.

In consideration of the services to be provided, Dynex has agreed to pay a one-time fee of $12,500 for the preparation of corporate presentation materials, a one-time fee of $2,500 for copywriting and improvements in the architecture for the corporate website and $150 per hour for investor meeting services.

BMIR was engaged on July 30, 2009 for a period of 12 months. Either party may terminate or amend the terms of the engagement following such retainer period upon 30 days notice.

BMIR is a private firm specializing in investor relations and strategic communications through branding and multimedia. To the knowledge of Dynex, BMIR does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Dynex or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
