Lincoln, England, May 8th, 2009 – Dynex Power Inc., a leading
specialist high power semiconductor company, today announced that its UK
subsidiary, Dynex Semiconductor Ltd and Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co.,
Ltd (“TEG”) will be exhibiting together on the Dynex Semiconductor Ltd
Stand number 12-302 at PCIM Europe 2009 in Nuremberg, Germany between
12th and 14th May next week.
Dynex has been appointed the sole
agent in Europe for the supply of power semiconductor products
manufactured by TEG. This arrangement gives Dynex’s European customers
access to the high power product portfolio of TEG supported by Dynex
customer service and product engineering.

developing their manufacturing capability in China as well as expanding

of Dynex. “Since the acquisition of a majority stake in Dynex last
October, Dynex has been working to bring TEG’s bipolar power products
into Europe to complement those already available from Dynex."

power converters, auxiliary power supply equipment and control systems
for trains for urban rail systems. In addition, CSR Times Electric
designs, manufactures and sells electrical components including power
semiconductor devices.
