Dynex Power Inc. Issues Share Options to Officers
LINCOLN, England (March 17th, 2008) Dynex Power Inc. (“Dynex”)
announced today that it has granted 100,000 share options to Paul
Taylor, the Chief Executive Officer and 50,000 options to Bob Lockwood,
the Chief Financial Officer. The options were granted pursuant to the
Company’s stock option plan with an exercise price of $0.27 and a term
of five years. These options form part of the overall compensation plan
for these officers.
The TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed
