Dynex Power Announces $1.6 million Order



Lincoln, England, September 7th, 2006 – Dynex Power Inc., a leading, independent power semiconductor company, today announced that it had received an order from AREVA T&D UK Ltd. valued at more than $1.6 million.

Dynex will be supplying high power semiconductor assemblies for a high-voltage direct current station (HVDC) in the Gulf States. Work on the assemblies will start next month and is expected to continue until October 2007. Paul Taylor, President and Chief Executive Officer, said that “ the high reputation that Dynex has for quality, our proven assembly capability, and the added value we bring from our power semiconductor device knowledge, makes Dynex a natural partner for large scale power transmission projects. This project represents the successful continuation of just such a partnership with AREVA, one of our most valued customers”.
