Li Donglin Li Donglin joined Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co, Ltd as Sales Director in 2005. After serving in several different roles he was appointed General Manager of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co, Ltd in January 2010 and an Executive Director of the company in April 2010. He joined the board of Dynex Power Inc and was appointed Chairman in May 2010.

Dr Paul Taylor Joined the Lincoln Business Unit of GEC, the predecessor of Dynex Semiconductor Limited, in 1976. At the time of the acquisition by Dynex in 2000, Dr. Taylor was Chief Technology Officer, which position he held until he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2004. Dr Taylor is a graduate of Leeds University, was awarded a Doctorate in Semiconductor Research and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Physicist. |

Bob Lockwood Joined the Corporation as Chief Financial Officer in April 2003. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Lockwood held several senior financial positions at Pilkington plc since 1990 including Group Treasurer and Finance Director for European Automotive Glass. Mr. Lockwood graduated from Oxford University with an M.A. in politics, philosophy and economics and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. |

Debbie Weinstein Founding partner LaBarge Weinstein, a business law firm with extensive experience in corporate, mergers and securities law. The law firm, which was founded in 1997, has been involved in over $6 billion in M&A's and public and private financings, predominantly in the technology industry. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and called to the Bar of Ontario in 1985. Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada (Lexpert/American Lawyers, January 2008); Canada's top Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyers (Financial Post, 2007) and past Chair of OCRI (Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation). |

David Banks During his 40-year career in the financial and business world, Mr. Banks was Senior Vice President of the Chase Manhattan Bank, President Financial Services Group of Continental Grain Company, Finance Director of General Atlantic Group Limited, Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Capital Corporation and Executive Chairman at Newcourt Credit Group. Mr. Banks is currently Managing Partner of Carlyle Banks & Co. Inc and a Director of Nightingale Informatix. He was Chairman of Dynex Power Inc from his election to the board in October 2001 until November 2008. |

Shu Lihui Shu Lihui joined ZELRI in December 1976 and held the positions of Deputy General Manager of the semiconductor factory unit from 1991 to 2004 and General Manager of power electronics business unit from 2004 to 2005. She was appointed as the General Manager of the Power Electronics Business Unit of CSR Times Electric in September 2005. In January 2010 she was appointed Assistant and Consultant to the General Manager of CSR Times Electric.Shu Lihui has many years of experience in the production and operational management of power semiconductors. She joined the board of Dynex Power Inc in October 2008.

Peter Tan Mr. Tan joined ZELRI in August 1999 and held the positions of Manager of the Import Unit of the International Trade Department and Manager of the Overseas Business Unit (Administration Department) from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 Mr. Tan was appointed as Assistant to the General Manager of the Overseas Business Unit of CSR Times Electric. Mr. Tan graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor's degree in English Major in 1999. He was appointed Chief Representative of the Europe Representative Office of CSR Times Electric in June 2007 and Vice General Manager of the Overseas Business Unit of CSR Times Electric in January 2008. He joined the board of Dynex Power Inc as Director and Head of Sales and Marketing in October 2008. |
