| Chairman | David Banks Appointed Chairman of the Board on October 30,
2001. During his 39-year career in the financial and business world,
Mr. Banks was Senior Vice President of the Chase Manhattan Bank,
President Financial Services Group of Continental Grain Company,
Finance Director of General Atlantic Group Limited, Chief Executive
Officer of AT&T Capital Corporation and Executive Chairman at
Newcourt Credit Group. Mr. Banks is currently Managing Partner of
Carlyle Banks & Co. Inc and a Director of Nightingale Informatix,
Medicure Inc and Chairman of the National Ballet of Canada.

President & CEO | Dr Paul Taylor Joined the Lincoln Business Unit of GEC,
the predecessor of Dynex Semiconductor Limited in 1976. At the time
of the acquisition in 2000, Dr. Taylor was Chief Technology Officer,
which position he held until he was appointed President and Chief
Executive Officer in November 2004. Dr Taylor is a graduate of Leeds
University, was awarded a Doctorate in Semiconductor Research and is
a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, a
Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Physicist.

CFO & VP Finance | Bob Lockwood Joined the Corporation as Chief Financial
Officer in April 2003. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr.
Lockwood held several senior financial positions at Pilkington plc
since 1990 including Group Treasurer and Finance Director for
European Automotive Glass. Mr. Lockwood graduated from Oxford
University with an M.A. in politics, philosophy and economics and is
a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Fellow of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

| Secretary | Debbie Weinstein Founding partner LaBarge Weinstein, a
business law firm with extensive experience in corporate, mergers
and securities law. The law firm, which was founded in 1997, has
been involved in over $6 billion in M&A's and public and private
financings, predominantly in the technology industry. A graduate of
Osgoode Hall Law School and called to the Bar of Ontario in 1985.
Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada (Lexpert/American Lawyers, January
2008); Canada's top Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyers (Financial
Post, 2007) and past Chair of OCRI (Ottawa Centre for Research and

| Director | Keith Ralls Has a career spanning over 50 years in
electrical and electronic engineering, mainly with GEC. When Mr.
Ralls retired in 2002, he was a board member of ALSTOM (UK) Ltd. and
Chairman of ALSTOM Transmission and Distribution Ltd. Mr. Ralls
holds an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Southampton, United Kingdom and is a Fellow of The
Royal Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the Institution of
Engineering and Technology and was for seven years an Independent
Governor of the University of Staffordshire, United Kingdom.
